Finca El Jazmin is a woman-owned farm run by Nancy Hernandez Contreras. Her microlot of 7.5 acres shows that a small-scale operation can achieve equitable success to bigger farms. The owner of multiple cafes across Honduras and a trained barista herself, Nancy understands the coffee-making process from planting the first seed to serving a happy customer a freshly brewed cup of coffee to begin their day.
